Tinuku Travel ~ Hari Raya Yadya Kasada is a god day in the form of an offering ceremony day by Tengger tribe to Sang Hyang Widhi in the mountains Bromo-Tengger-Semeru. The ceremony is held every the 14th month Kasada in Javanese calendar as the Hindu tradition as an official religion in the Majapahit Kingdom.

Yadya Kasada ceremony is a tradition of Hinduism Tengger presenting offerings to Sang Hyang Widhi and the ancestors of the story Rara Anteng and Jaka Seger. At midnight to early morning, the Tengger tribe would throw offerings are vegetables, chicken and even money to the crater of the volcano. Bromo Tengger tribe in really cling to old Hindu customs and traditions are a way of life. The existence of this tribe is also highly respected by people around including applying life is very honest and never jealous.

Right on the eve of the 14th month Kasada they will together carry offerings in the form of livestock and agriculture to Pura Luhur Poten and wait until midnight when the shaman named by indigenous elders. Offerings are prepared to be thrown into the crater as a symbol of the sacrifices made by ancestors.
