Maron brings down a river cruise along the 5 kilometer green landscaping use tradisosnal boat to watch the natural scenery in series of Sewu Mountains Geopark with shady trees on the riverbank. Getting into the estuary the river water is getting darker as the depth increases and more and more palm trees lined.

Pacitan has amazing geography with Sewu Mountains stretch is beautiful karst hills region, hundreds of beautiful caves so it was dubbed the Thousand Caves Regency, farms and plantations, as well as the coastline on Indian Ocean as a surfing paradise.

The residents around the Maron river rent a boat once a tour guide for the travelers to down a beautiful river up to the end of route on Ngiroboyo beach as an estuary. They are very friendly and offer their homes for homestay.

Along the river have a view of exotic by lush trees, the river is karst water and moss brings color to green tosca. The travelers can swim in water depth of 1 meter to 20 meters and if lucky can find red snapper and monitor lizards sunbathing on the riverbank.

Routes and public transport: All flights to Adisucipto International Airport in Yogyakarta city. Then use bus to Pacitan city, but in Ngadirejan village take the road to the left leading to Derosnso village.

Advice: April-September is the best time.
