Tinuku Travel ~ Toraja Marathon is an international race held in Tana Toraja regency and North Toraja regency, South Sulawesi, while watching beautiful panorama and magical the Aluk To Dolo land. The annual contest is organized around July-August covering 42K (full marathon), 21K (half marathon), 10K and 5K for prize money.

Toraja Marathon is an annual event organized to take exotic is traditional village hundreds of years old, rice fields, ancient cemetery, the king Suaya, Tanpang Allo cave, Bebo village and Kete Kesu village is located in Tana Toraja regency and North Toraja regency with a distance of 42 kilometers, 21 kilometers, 10 kilometers and 5 kilometers.

Start held in two places is Makale city in Tana Toraja for 42K and 21K categories, while the start at Rantepao city in North Toraja for 10K and 5K categories. Toraja Marathon 2016 was held on August 13 and 2017 on 29 July.

The committee chose the best route and challenge where runners really feel the beauty of nature and culture of Toraja. The hills, mountains, granite rocks, green valleys, clear water river divides the hills and the runners down the coffee plantations and rice fields stretching without air pollution.

The runners can restore stamina and avoid dehydration during a run to pass water stations every 2.5 kilometers, taking fresh fruit such as bananas and watermelons. After crossing the finish line of the runners will be greet by ancestral spirits of the seventh heaven with a warm welcome in clouds land.
